There are about 20 stairs to climb up, plus few once inside,free parking across the street at any time, which is one of benefits of NOT living in the heart of NYC. My place is where I Iive, 30 min away from NYC by train or Public bus/metro transfers takes you in 60 min but more affordably with the 7 day unlimited metro card for 33 usd. I offer the entire home or sharing it on a separate listing for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.
