Set in the heart of Old Town, the flat is steps away from the vibrant boutiques, craft shops, pubs, and restaurants that line the area’s quaint streets and alleyways. It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

The shopping and entertainment area around Princes Street and George Street is ideally situated approximately half a mile away and provides a huge array of retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and bars.

Positioned on the top floor of what was once the White Horse Coaching Inn, built by Laurence Ord in 1624, the loft is entered by the iconic steps seen in so many photos of Edinburgh. A modern clean flat in a traditional tenement, this cozy space has the best of both worlds. Wifi, TV etc and featured in the cult movie 'Hallam Foe'! Please note that during August I am looking for bookings of five days or more.
