In the summer it offers easy access to hiking/biking trails, golf, tennis and water sports on Deer Lake. The condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 8. It comes fully furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffeemaker, microwave, dining table, all the needed kitchen items to enjoy your stay. The condo also has a private gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our exposed log cabins and private rooms in our guest lodge are all surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. This is some of the best fishing in the world. We also offer kayak and canoes to explore the river.
