This apartment was remodeled in 2024 with original refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint and new lighting fixtures. The bedroom features a comfy KING size bed! A large TV is provided in both the living room and the bedroom for your use. The kitchen is great, with a stainless steel flat top range, fridge and dishwasher. A coffee bar, microwave and toaster are provided for your use! A work area is off the living room with a desk, lamp and charging strip. A coin op washer/dryer is on site.

Just minutes from interstate 10, come relax and bring your pets along with you, there is a fenced in yard for them to run and play. There is a covered parking area (one vehicle) that is right over the side entry, this also provides dry checkin/checkout. There is a lot of privacy in the back yard, and it’s nice to sit out back and listen to the birds and squirrels. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from downtown mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island Beach and the Casinos.

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture.
