Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας.
