Just minutes from Schroon Lake, Brant Lake, and Loon Lake, it sits on 6 acres with walking trails and plenty of off road parking for cars/boat/trailer. Downhill skiing at Gore Mountain is only 30 minutes away. Pharaoh Lake Wilderness area is 10 minutes away with trails to mountains, lakes, streams and ponds for a variety of activities including hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, swimming, boating and snowmobiling.

We are also a short 30-40 minute drive to Pico and Killington ski areas. Five minutes to Lake Bomoseen. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vt. Walk the bridge. This home is for guests that are looking to have a relaxing get away. It is not to be rented for any type of party or event. We can not tolerate damage done to the home because of partying. You will be responsible for any damage done to the house.
