The cottage is on a ten acre property surrounded by nature in every direction. The cottage is spacious with unique features like an outdoor bath and a lovely rainforest driveway. Usnea, our Nature, Art and Accommodation Space, is situated on the Evelyn Tablelands, Tropical North Qld. Here a discrete self-contained one bedroom cottage in upland rainforest is surrounded by natural and established gardens, and at 1,160m provides a cool summer and cosy winter retreat. Uniquely the cottage integrates art within and outside. Contemplation, inspiration, privacy and comfort, are all to be experienced, along with exploring our forest and local environmental features.

This home offers seclusion and privacy and is separated into two wings joined by the spacious deck which captures the waterside breezes and is the full length of the house. Sleeping up to 6 comfortably, including the family pet (please advise if they will be joining on) our home is in historic Yungaburra. Walking distance from shops and restaurants.
