The space has its own entrance leading into the self contained annex, comprising of bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom area. Full size frdge/freezer and combi microwave, plus shared laundry facilities and off street parking. The town centre is just a 15 minute walk and Bristol is a 40 minute drive. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. Close by are:The Wave, Clifton Bridge, Wye Valley, Bristol docks and Thornbury Castle.

This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

The Dairy - Quaint village stay

The Dairy is a quaint self-contained annex at the side of our detached property in the picturesque village of Tockington just north of Bristol. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine over an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and shower room. The accommodation is situation on the approach to the village, accessed from a private driveway with parking at the front. You have the use of a private veranda with views of the countryside and the opportunity to take in the village atmosphere.

Please note we have 2 dogs at the property. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The property allows sole use of entire house. The property has 5 bedrooms, four with en-suites, a family bathroom, a lounge with conservatory, Kitchen dinner with all cooking facilities available. A large private garden, with outdoor seating, BBQ and pizza oven for you to enjoy. Ample off road parking.

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

Hello! Our home is in the vibrant and colourful area of Southville, just a short 15 minute walk from Bristol city centre. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.
