Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. I bed 1 newly renovated bathroom studio apartment secondary unit with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

This cozy cottage is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Coastal Home- Private Beach Access, Dock,Game Room

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.
