It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Riverside Retreat

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Relax in this cosy, warm, calm, stylish cabin Self contained area with double bed and relaxing area, separate shower/toilet/hand basin + wash up area with a fridge and electric kettle. Outdoor seating area with table and two chairs. Plenty of parking and then you can benefit from a pleasant 15 minute stroll to Topsham where there are 7 great pubs, 3-4 breakfast venues and 2 highly rated restaurants . We have a friendly and funny Tibetan Terrier called Kenneth.

Located in a quiet courtyard just off the main high street in Topsham - minutes away from the River Exe, quality restaurants, shops and pubs. Sleeps up-to of 4 in two bedrooms, has a parking space, wood-burner and fast wi-fi. A perfect hideaway for a holiday or work base in Devon at any time of year. Served by good public transport links by bus, train and boat.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.

Two bed Cottage - Topsham

This two-bed cottage is spacious, peaceful and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Topsham. It is a stone's throw from the boutique shops on the highstreet as well as the pubs and restaurants on the water. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with an additional sofa bed downstairs so could sleep up to 6 adults. Please request the use of the sofa bed and linen can be provided at extra cost
