Restored Cottage on Patio in Historic Center A

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The “Casa do Caseiro” is a small cottage, located between the mountain and the sea, 35km away from Lisbon and 5 minutes to Sintra, in Colares Village. It's locatted in the heart of the natural park. It has a garden with plenty of space to rest or to have an enjoyable dinner “al fresco”. In the attic you can find the bedroom, and on the ground floor the living room and a small office with a sofa bed for extra guests. Here you can rest, relax, read or write.

Open house with a kind of bedroom with slidding doors under the mezzanine. There is a private heated* plunge pool with a sunny garden, the bigger swimming pool ( also heated* ) is shared with two other small houses, and also the owners ( me, Julia and our 13 years son ) ... that sometimes deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !! * In winter or colder months the water temperature in both pools don't go more high than 22-24 degrees
