Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy studio is ideal for couples, if you are travelling alone, or in a small group. It includes a double bed and a sofa-bed. You can relax inside or on the balcony. The apartment features a smart TV with a rotating base and a fully-equipped kitchen. You can find free parking on the street, or on several public parking spaces around. Chill-out with a book and enjoy the hand-made decorations which make this place unique.

It is the second autonomous apartment in the same space, behind "kalafatis beach home 1". Another 30sqm apartment. with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, a kitchen and a WC. Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
