The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

The monk boathouse

The monk boathouse is located in the beautiful village of milos klima.Our boathouse was built by our uncle Xristos known by the locals as the monk due to his Syrma unique position at the end of the village .Its unique location makes its perfect for a relaxing holiday or a perfect honeymoon as there are no neighbors nearby it is just the syrma and the sea .beside there is big yard where you can enjoy the sun ,drink a glass of wine by the light of the stars and moon ,barbecue or even fishing

Fisherman's House in Klima

The picturesque village of Klima with the traditional colorful houses built in the water. In the southern part of the island. The village drives you to the ancient theater, the catacombs and the place where the statue of Venus was discovered. A traditional fisherman’s house known as “sirma”, where a huge door on the lower part of the house protected the boat. one room with a double bed, a second room with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom and balcony right above the sea. Our Cycladic studio is located at the traditional village of Zefyria , with the view on the green olive groves and the serenity of nature. The interior space consists of 2 double beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal place for couples, families of four and small groups. Just 7 minutes (5.4km) from the island's main port (Adamantas), 5 minutes (3.4km) away from the island's airport, and a few minutes away from the island's famous beaches.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
