Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Enjoy this private Mother in-law suite with separate keyless entrance! The set up is similar to an adjoining hotel room where we do share an interior door which has locks on both sides of the door. Your suite includes a classic brick fireplace, a private bedroom with a Queen bed. A private bathroom. A kitchenette with a Keurig coffee machine and coffee, microwave and small fridge. The space has window covering to allow for a darkened space or open up the windows to let in the natural light.

Midtown Hidden Gem

Centrally located is a cute STUDIO apartment. The couch folds out into a queen bed. Second couch is a single. It is 10 minutes from the University of Arizona and 15 minutes to downtown. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Located one mile from the studio is the Rillito River Park Trail where you will find paths for biking, jogging, and walking. I live in the main house with his loving dogs and cats. He will welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
