Quirky self-contained accommodation nestled within the Bourne Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, and a short distance from the nearby villages of St Mary Bourne and Hurstbourne Priors as well as the small market town, Whitchurch. St Mary Bourne offers two excellent pubs, a village shop and beautiful rural walks/runs along the Test Way. Close proximity to the Clock Barn wedding venue. This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
