It's position between the cities of Split and Omiš offers possibility of exploring many tourist attractions in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The apartment is located right above the sea and offers great sea view at the Split archipelago (islands like Brač, Hvar and Šolta). The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
