The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Beautiful self contained studio cottage with stunning sea views and direct beach access. The unit is totally separate from the main house. WARNING - this property contains many steps to the beach This unit is suitable for only 2 guests. We do not accept extra guests and we do not allow children in this unit. Guests also have access to the shared splash pool situated next to the unit. Parking is in a designated parking area on the private road. This area is monitored by security cameras.

The Igloo Cottage

Thatched country cottage situated in the Rosetta area (halfway between Nottingham Road and Mooi River). The carpeted cottage (close to our home) with a private entrance, consists of: - a bedroom (double-bed), - lounge, workstation, lounge chairs and sleeper-couch, - kitchenette and - shower area. Private courtyard with a patio table and chairs. Situated on a small holding with the Mooi river 250m from the cottage. Guests will be able to paddle on, walk or rest at the river.
