This house truly encompasses the most magnificent 180 degree views of Tuggerah Lakes. You could walk down to your private lakefront beach & fishing or jump into your own brought kayaks/boats . Also imagine sitting and relaxing on the rear huge deck/balcony for whole day and night watching kids playing kayaks in the lake...

A 2 bedroom unit right on the water. Just cross the road to the stairs that lead down to the water for fishing, swimming and easy access to the surf beach around the corner. A very easy 5-minute walk along the channel to The Entrance town center, with restaurants, bars, kids rides, markets. 5-minute walk on the upper side will see you at the Coles supermarket and Sunday markets. Perfectly positioned. WiFi and Netflix provided for free and a reverse cycle aircon to the living / bedroom areas.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
