You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.

Two blocks to Starbucks on bustling and hip Freret Street corridor Uptown and less than a mile to Tulane University. Or, walk a half mile to St. Charles Streetcar to ride to French Quarter. This is a garage apartment, but the garage is used for storage only.
