Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Located in the heart of Uptown NOLA, 2 blocks from Tulane Univ. This charming 2 bedroom space is part of the main house on the property with a separate private entrance and stairwell. The space is not shared with main house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen tv. The larger bedroom has a microwave, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and has an en suite bathroom. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and wash all linens before each guest arrival. Light, bright and beautiful!

Tropical Garden Studio

Studio has 9 windows overlooking the tropical garden. Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink. Farm-style bathroom with walk-in shower. Walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities. 10-15 minute drive to Superdome, Downtown and French Quarter. Streetcar is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Lush garden with gas grill. This is studio is located in the quiet, family area of Carrollton. No guests under 21. Full kitchen (shared) can be made available with advance request.

Originally the neighborhood general store, this cozy one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in New Orleans! The building is separate from our main house with its own private entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and cookware. A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment. Newly added outdoor area with bistro set. 2 blocks from the street car line. Centrally located and an easy walk to Tulane's campus.

The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.
