The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. Alpaca Farm Retreat: Located in the Mid Willamette Valley is an charming Alpaca Farm getaway. The apartment has its own private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, and a patio to view the colorful sunsets. Enjoy all the adventures and amenities the Willamette Valley has to offer. Great for the business traveler with a place to work. Looking for a lovely romantic getaway or a staycation, Swing in the hammock chairs, hand feed the alpacas or help us walk the alpacas around the property.

The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

No checkout chores and pets stay free :) A beautifully unique cedar craft home on small acreage on the edge of town, this ground floor guest suite has all the amenities of my favorite hotels, like Hyatt, Westin and Marriott. This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.

Cozy PNW Travelers Getaway

Enjoy the peace of a rural setting while still being just minutes away from restaurants & shops in downtown Salem, the Riverwalk and Willamette University. Take a day trip to the coast or relax & enjoy a bottle of wine on either of the 2 decks, or unwind by the cozy fireplace in the comfortable 2nd story guest suite with a private entrance. Our residence is located in a beautiful wooded area of south Salem with easy access to Interstate 5.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Nestled in the heart of the Willamette Valley, this peaceful loft is perfect for the couple looking to relax and recharge. Enjoy our local farmers markets, or a baseball game at Volcanoes Stadium. Tour our local restaurants and wineries or see what’s happening this summer with our local music scene. Visit our many hikes and trails or float our rivers and lakes - and on and on!

The Garage

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
