Very cozy Apartment in Tyrolean Lech Valley

Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Fewo Opa Adam, das Kleinod auf dem Donkhof

Der Donkhof ist ein rund 200 Jahre altes Tiroler Bauernhaus und wurde in den letzten Jahren unter Verwendung ökologischer Baustoffe von uns liebevoll kernsaniert. Im gesamten Haus befinden sich Massivholzböden, die Wände sind mit Kalkputz und Lehmfarbe gestaltet. Viele Details wurden restauriert, zb Wandmalereien und altes Gebälk, aber natürlich wurden Badezimmer und Küchen nach modernsten Standards eingerichtet. Luxurious newly renovated barn conversion, few min walk (or 1 bus stop) from the main lifts. 206sq.m on 3 floors, with 4 generous bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, private Spa (Sauna/Steam and Massage Room). The upper floor has a stunning Living Room /open Loft with wood fireplace, TV area, dining area and separate kitchen. Private ski room with boots warmer, Laundry corner, and a shared outside lounge with barbecue. Daily Breakfast, Pizza Nights or Gourmet Nights can be booked anytime.

Greates is the old house name of the approximately 250-year-old farmhouse. Here you can sleep where the hay was once stored or take a shower where the cows were once milked. Greates was renovated in 2022 and combines Tyrolean architecture with modern architecture. The loggia flat offers space for 4 people. In the Greates house there is another flat and a large garden. Guests who are quiet and love outdoor activities are very welcome. We do not want parties and celebrations.

The cozy Roßweid Hütte is situated in an idyllic and peaceful panoramic location in picturesque Stans in Tyrol, not far from the famous Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg with its impressive rock monastery. Surrounded by chickens, rabbits, goats and horses on the landlords' farm, the hut promises an unforgettable nature experience. The hosts on site are extremely eager and friendly to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
