New materials, new shapes and colors provided the breeding ground for extraterrestrial visions. Between 1971 and 1974, around 100 were produced as holiday accommodation on campsites. The entire living sphere, the outer shell as well as the interior, is made from a single piece of glass fiber reinforced plastic. During the renovation, special attention was paid to preserving or restoring the original condition and charm. The BANGA is therefore not comparable to a newly built apartment with new furniture. The offer is therefore aimed in particular at architecture and design lovers who are looking for, appreciate and love special and individual accommodation in Berlin. Or at roof terrace fans who like to spend time outdoors and are looking for the freedom above the city that is often no longer found in the hustle and bustle down there... The water in the BANGA is turned off in winter and a nasty siberian wind blows on the roof terrace.
