Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
