If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place). The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops on Manor Rd. Close to UT Campus. (20 minute walk to Stadium North Entrance) Tall ceilings. Bright and open space. Updated kitchen and lighting. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Approximately 640 Sq. ft. Guests have said many times that the space is much better than the pictures indicate so I took new pictures. They have said the place was beautiful. Everyone has been happy staying here.
