Our studio is a tiny place of 12 m2 where you can sleep,eat, cook. It has a little bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our garden, under the pear tree and lot of flowers. In front of the cabin there is a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the summer. Your car can be parked in front of our garage. Wi- fi is free. There are also some IR panels and electric radiators so you will no be cold in winter. But remember....-it is tiny!

Here you will be able to find spots to relax and rest but also plenty of opportunities for sports activities and recreation. Our B&B is located in a quiet area but at the same time is 15 minutes from the center of Trieste, also close to the seaside and the beautiful Val rosandra, where you can go for a walk along the river. we have one room and we called "Green Mind" because here you can relax your body and soul in a green peacefu l place.
