As the house is protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription, its structure and facade had to be maintained, which we were happy to do. It is now a charming house to live in with modern amenities and an artistic touch. High-speed internet with Netflix is available on a smart TV. Note: Potential noise from the street

Walk out and into the best cafes and mural art, popular hawkers and heritage sites. The unit is very spacious as it takes up the entire floor with its own private kitchenette, dinning space and bathroom. This entire floor is fitted with pre loved curiosities, found in the vicinity of penang. Please take notice it’s on the second floor with no lift.
