De accomodatie ligt in één van Utrecht’s mooiste wijken: Wittevrouwen. De wijk is zeer gunstig gelegen: op loopafstand van het historisch centrum en goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. Bovendien vindt u in de wijk diverse restaurantjes, koffie tentjes en op steenworpafstand één van ‘s werelds beste ijssalons: Roberto’s Gelato. De accomodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien. In het sfeervolle tuintje of aan het barretje kunt u de dag beginnen met uitstekende koffie van het espresso apparaat.

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.
