Whether you are traveling solo for work, or for recreation with your family, our lovely two bedroom, 1200 square foot guest house is ideal. One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this cozy bungalow, decorated with a 1950's glam flair, featuring a brand-new kitchen, living room, half-bath and laundry on the main floor. The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy the awesome front porch or enclosed back yard. One block off Tipp City's Main Street and a half-mile from Tipp's historic downtown shopping district. Note: we are close to a fire station, so you may hear occasional sirens.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space only 2 miles away from the Rose Amphitheater, new Bucee's and 10 minutes from downtown Dayton. Spacious backyard equipped with 113 jet hotub and a firepit. The sunroom is a great spot to start the day with complementary coffee/creamer. Complete with 4 Tvs and a computer. The living room has a Nintendo Switch for family fun. Have both a charcoal and gas grills. Please take note. The pool is taken down in September.
