Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

affitto per brevi periodi accogliente studio/monolocale a Lido di Venezia, con giardino privato, fronte laguna, a 5 mn dal mare. E' composto da un'unica stanza con angolo cottura,tavolo, letto matrimoniale, divano, bagno/doccia. Lavatrice in ripostiglio. Posto auto libero. Si trova a Lido, comodissimo per la spiaggia ed economico per chi vuole visitare la città ed essere tranquillo. Chi pretende di essere in centro città e spendere così poco come propongo io, vada in un'altra casa. NON C'È WIFI.

Strada Nova is the most important street, with many shops, pubs, supermarket and convenience stores. The apartment is a ground floor loft, divided in night and day areas, very silent and with a beautiful sight on a private garden.
