Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. 7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
