The Pinta is a historical house very close to the main street and is situated in a quiet and reserved area. The house is considered one of the most beautiful in the area, it has been finely restructured with a thought towards the landscape. It has been improved with classy furniture and has every comfort. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom equipped with a large wardrobe and a large window that has a view on the sea. This room has a seventies style bathroom. On the same floor there is a second bathroom. The furniture is very elegant and in the classical naval style, oak beamed ceilings, the floor is in an original cotto style. The Palazzo is very bright and has a great view on the sea is 130 sqm, has two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc. On the lower floor the bathroom has a bidet.
