Little House on the Pretty(LHP) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. LHP is tucked into the woods giving a place to retreat and restore. The home is finely crafted embodying a simple elegance and character of the Driftless locale. Once inside, a sense of marvel and serenity are sure make heartfelt memories. We are six miles from Viroqua and nestled among Amish Paradise with several neighboring Amish farms. In season the Amish have roadside vegetable stands where you can purchase veggies and pie!

The place gives you a cabin feel close to La Crosse! 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Mt. La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. Bright airy 2 bedroom apartment - Yellow Door

Second floor apartment remodeled in 2019, wood floors, ceiling fans in every room. Great light with country feel right in Viroqua. Private outdoor entrance with deck. Keyless entry. Fully stocked kitchen. This is a wonderful place to get away and is available for longer stays. Pets are allowed but we do like to know about them. Wood floors do squeak but noise does not transfer downstairs as we have double insulated between apartments.

Tanager is an impeccable, private cabin surrounded by woods and hiking trails, a short drive from Viroqua. Tanager, named for the Scarlet Tanager spotted on the 75-acre Driftless Creek property, has a modern style, and is full of comforts and charms for you. Tanager features a seating area with adjoining kitchen with built-in appliances, first-floor bedroom, roomy loft with a king bed, and screened porch. Tanager sleeps 5.
