Inside you'll find a warm welcoming space with a kitchen, full bathroom, comfortable living area, and two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms.

Take the chance to slow down & recharge in a unique 'modern meets historic' boathouse that sits perfectly on the water’s edge of tranquil Lake Vanderkamp. 2 bedrooms face the water so you can open your eyes in the morning and greet the day with stunning views. Enjoy your own dock and canoe. While at Vanderkamp you will share 850 acres of privately managed forest (with hiking trails and LOTS of amenities) with only a few other lodges. You won't want to leave this ultimate escape.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
