Our property has 5 modern and stylish apartments, all with the best features of a new-age smart house. This three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of the property and is comfortable for 5-7 persons. The features include a double bed, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a roof terrace with a hot tub and with a sea view, a lounge zone next to the hot tub, and much more.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

Zadar being 7kms away its just a short drive away.. If you are flying in Zadar airport is 6kms away.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
