Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Piesta Kuusikaru riverside cottage in Soomaa area

This modern cottage is part of Piesta Kuusikaru farm, our family home, set on the bank of Pärnu river in Soomaa region in western/central Estonia. The cottage is a bright and spacious 2-storey building, designed in nordic style, with wood-burning sauna. Perfect for one family or close friends; ideal for 2 persons, fine for 4 plus an infant sleeping in baby cot. We live onsite and will be happy to show you around the farm including organic apple orchard and the "slow food" production facility.

This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

Atsaare maja 8 inimesele

Keset Mulgimaa metsi ja põlde asub üks armas ja hubane pesa nimega Atsaare. Meile on külla oodatud toredad pered ja viisakad seltskonnad. Atsaare on ajalooline talukoht, mis on leidnud viimase viie aasta jooksul uue hingamise ja mis ikka veel areneb ning uueneb. Erilisemaks teeb selle kohta see, et maist- augusti lõpuni on tegemist aktiivse taluga, kus kasvatakse köögivilja. Kuna talvel köögivilja kasvatada ei saa, siis rendime oma pesakest toredatele inimestele välja.

Cozy, private country home with a garden and sauna

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Relaxing sauna in nature

A perfect place to take a break from the day-to-day with your friends or family. Releasing pent up stress in the sauna, stargazing from the hot tub, morning swim in the pond, fighting mosquitoes when going to the toilet, petting the sheep when coming back and listening to the sounds of nature. This is what awaits you when visiting our small sauna cabin! Please let us know at least two days in advance if you wish to use the sauna (60€) and/or hot tub (50€).

Järvevaatega korter Viljandis

See 2-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on kokku 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 3 külalist (1 lahtikäiv lisavoodi). Parkimine hoovis tasuta. Koduloomad on oodatud.

Welcome to the wilderness and peace! The house is part of a farm house complex but separate enough to offer privacy. It’s resting by a crystal clear river Navesti, offering kickstart for a new day or a refreshment for a perfect sauna experience. Rent SUP boards to spend a day exploring the river.

Veski saunamaja asub Viljandimaal, Sakala kõrgustikul. Maja suurtest akendest saad nautida kauneid vaateid. Saunamajas on sinu kasutada piljardilaud, küttega mullivann õues, saun, kamin, helisüsteem, terrass. Taksosõit Viljandisse maksab tavaliselt u 25€.
