Apartment Liana 1 is located near Valdanos bay. Valdanos is a place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities; a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, dive, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old Town and the nearby bays in a little boat, catch fish, learn how beautiful it is to be nature's friend. Apartments are located about 2km from Valdanos beach, and about 700 m from center of the Ulcinj.

50 Shades of Blue

We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Deluxe Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi

This unique place has a style of its own , the second floor of a newly built and fully furnished home with seperate entrance. Everything a person needs to have a relaxing holiday. The villa apartment is luxurious and cozy with two bedrooms, bathroom with bidet, kitchen and living room. You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. We also offer pool towels.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartman “Tramontana 3”

In the most beautiful part of Ulcinj, there are 3 Tramontana" apartments, which exude a Mediterranean spirit. They are 300m from the Little Beach, the Promenade that takes you to Cervantes Old Town in 10’. The Ladies Beach is a kilometer away. From the street to the apartment there is a 30 steps. The suggestion is to not enter this busy street in the summer, but to choose the parking lot (near the former Hotel Jadran) from where you can walk to the accommodation in 5’

Sunset House 2

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Giardino Lux Studio 1

Charming Giardino Studio apartment situated in a quiet area of the city with a very beautiful garden in front. It has a free parking space with a private entrance. Olive harvesting has been part of the our culture for a long period of time, that is why in our garden we have 42 olive trees from which we collect olives and produce olive oil. There is an old saying "one picture says more than 1000 words" that is why i encourage to look at our pictures. :

We built swimming pool in 2019year and it is open for guests from 15.05-01.10 My place is close to parks,pine forest(in our yard) great views of sea,olive trees, the city center is about 400m, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
