It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

The house is sorrounded by palm tress and lush bushes, which create a cooler environment during the hot daytime hours. A gentle breeze almost always flows up toward the elevated home, adding to the comfort. Please note: Every morning you may hear the sound of our chickens and cockatoos-a lively part of a tropical setting.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.
