Josie and Neil welcome you to Hetherington Downs, their quiet 42 acre North Waikato rural property, set well away from the road & with magnificent views over Lake Waahi and beyond It is a 10m x 3m self contained Compac cabin with a 10m x 3m deck Wifi has only recently been connected to the cabin There is no TV It is most suitable for a couple, but also has a pull out sofa bed (& folding mattress) for your use if required The cabin was new in June 2017 and has now been set up for Airbnb guests

Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.

Adults-Only Private Getaway. In the countryside of Te Miro, in the heart of New Zealand's central North Island just 15 mins from Cambridge, featuring breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Karearea Cottage is on 4 acres with a horse/donkey next to the cottage. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

River View Cottage

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Village Menagerie - Private self-contained unit

A quiet stopover spot for travelers or those working or visiting the area. Great for Hampton Downs. Safe parking and turning for cars and trailers. The unit is self-contained, quiet and private yet close to the Waikato Expressway, 7 mins from Hampton Downs, 30 -40 mins to Hamilton & Thames and less than 1 hour to Auckland airport off peak. Continental breakfast supplies are included for you to use if you wish. Microwave, toaster, frig and electric jug

Stylish guest house with rural outlook, Pokeno

Our Airbnb is a small self-contained guest house away from the main family home. It has its own ensuite bathroom, sun deck, TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge and microwave. It overlooks the rolling hills of Waikato and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your own deck. It is located in the rural area of Pokeno south of Auckland. It’s conveniently close to SH1 and SH2, but far enough to not hear any traffic.

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
