6 New Hill is situated on the Pembrokedhire coastal.path , and just a 20 min drive from St Davuds , Newport and Ffald Y Brenin retreat , and the Stenna ferry and train station is a 5 min drive . The appartment has complete privacy for guests , which consists of bedroom , lounge kitchen, and shower room and toilet - floor above. There is tea , coffee and milk and towels provided. There are shops , pubs , restaurants within a 5- 10 min walk . The view from the lounge overlooks the bay.

It is located next to the river Ceint which is easily accessible with an abundance of wildlife, try and spot a red squirrel!! The bell tents sit at the bottom of the field with a well established vegetable patch full of fresh vegetables all grown by Penny and Malcolm. We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

The Old Bakery is a very tranquil place to stay.

A short stroll behind the barn takes you over a charming sleeper bridge and up a few steps, where your private hideaway awaits.
