It is located on a 120-acre property with an epic view on a butte overlooking the Catherine Creek drainage below, wetlands, and Eagle Cap wilderness with abundant game on the property of all types. While off the grid it features refigerator, freezer, stove, oven, water, toilet, sinks with water, several beds, & stove!

The Wallowa Lake Chalets are situated between Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. These Chalets have an open floor plan and were designed to encapsulate the natural surrounding beauty. The decks of the Chalets stand 26 ft above the ground creating some of the most surreal views that can be found anywhere in Wallowa County. Pinetree Cabin is located on a quiet and dead end street. The cabin is centrally located to most activities at the lake including the go carts, Vali's restaurant, two miniature golf courses, ice cream and a drive thru expresso coffee shop among other things. The lake is about a 10 minute walk from the cabin. There are 3 restaurants to dine at within walking distance. The Pinetree Cabin also has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, large BBQ, 2 burner stove, refrigerator and a griddle.

Take the whole family up to this cozy cabin tucked away in the middle of 400 acres, spacious, and serene property! A private porch, fire pit-safe condition use, covered picnic area. IMPORTANT-Once we have significant snowfall (normally in December and lasting until April), The last 1.5 miles to the cabin is traveled STRICTLY by hiking, snowshoes, ski or any tracked vehicle. Private access to the Wenaha River around behind the cabin. The Grande Ronde river is a short walk away. Morels and wildflowers in May. Floating in June & July. Huckleberries in July/Aug. Fishing year-round, Steelhead season begins Sept 1. Stay 3+ nights, rate changes to $150/night. Just ask.
