Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. Bring your firewood for indoor wood-burning stove. Cook indoors or out. Climb ladder to sleeping loft full-size bed. NO OUTDOOR FIRES. Move up from camping - bring food, ice & firewood. No electricity/no running H20. Well water provided. Portable outhouse. Cot available upon advance request. 2 pairs of snowshoes provided.

The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!

We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
