There are theaters, golf courses, and a branch of the University a mile away. Aiken is located outside of Augusta, Ga. The cottage is casual, comfortable, and offers peace and quiet in a safe area. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
