Our cottages Pears and Lavender are located just a 2 minute walk from the centre of our fantastic village of Beckington. The house looks over fields and countryside yet only 12 miles from Bath and 3 miles from the very cool town of Frome. We have a farm shop and cafe right on your doorstep as well as two great pubs. all perfect for your stay so you can enjoy country walks, log fires. We welcome well-behaved dogs, not suitable for 2 dogs, please provide further advice on breed when booking.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.
