Our SK cottage is set on a half acre, surrounded by trees and natural brush, giving a private feel, but is in between two quiet residential neighborhoods and is within walking distance to a DD coffee shop, mini mart, Pizzeria, and ice cream shop. 10-15 minutes away from URI, SK Beaches, Wakefield Town center, Narragansett, and 25 minutes to Newport. My Grandfather was a Ham Radio operator ( the antenna is still in the back yard). He converted the back porch into an office; now it is a small one room efficiency with a private bathroom. The room is approximately 14.5' x 10' with 7' ceiling(4.4×3×2.1m). The bath is a 5.5' x 5.5' with 6.5' ceiling (1.7×1.7×2m).
