Located just blocks from downtown Sioux Falls. This historic & cozy home greets you warmly with its gas lantern & front porch as you walk up. There are 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have new queen size beds. Bedroom 1 comes with an attached sunroom that you can enjoy some fresh air from. There is central air for the hot summer nights. The kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. WiFi has recently been installed in the house as well.
