From the enormous front porch, you have a commanding view of Fox Mountain which straddles the Alabama/Georgia state line. Gently rolling hills and manicured fields are framed by meandering fences. The views are stunning from the front as well as the rear of the home.

This new house, finished in December 2017, has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, laundry, fenced yard for your pets, with a large front porch to relax on, and a fire pit in the back to roast marshmallows and hot dogs! Events are welcome! Dogs are welcome! There is a 2 dog LIMIT and females must be spayed. There is a $50 pet fee. The backyard is FULLY FENCED. I do not offer military discounts. No cats and No Parties! Televisions in all 3 bedrooms.

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

About 13 mi from Downtown Atlanta and 16 mi to ATL Airport. You’ll love SG because it's so peaceful. Home is nestled amongst tall trees. SG is good for traveling couples, solo adventurers, business guests, families (with kids), and small to mid-sized groups.
