It is a 10 minutes walk to Te Papa, cafes, walking tracks, beach, shopping. The room has its own entrance and is on an entirely separate, private level from hosts with your own bathroom and deck. Note: there is tea/coffee making, but no fridge or microwave. The house is up steps so not ok if you have mobility issues. There is no parking avail.
