As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Entrance is on the first level with stair access only. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the second floor so there is privacy between guests. This fully refurbished, air conditioned ground floor apartment is perfectly located in central Cottesloe with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean beyond the spacious deck, BBQ and manicured front lawn. A short stroll down the road will have you at the most magnificent white sand iconic Cottesloe beach showcasing a great mix of bars, restaurants, cafes, gelato shop and the general store. The other end of the street boasts the landscaped grounds of the heritage listed Cottesloe Civic Centre.

Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Beautifully decorated with quality bed linen, towels, slippers and spotlessly clean.

This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is rarely an issue. My husband's office has it’s own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked. He does not enter your space at all.
