Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Glide through the trees, from the fun kids treehouse, on our 100 ft zip-line, or wind down by immersing yourself in nature with a good soak in our wood-fired Dutch tub. We believe our guest cottage offers the perfect balance of natural and peaceful comfort; ideal for romantic escapes, family adventures, or digital detoxes.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

One bedroom self- catering house , with parking. The kitchen is fitted with oven ,microwave fridge /freezer, dishwasher.Tea,coffee ,sugar,salt pepper oil provided. Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Note that the double bed is quite low on account of the slope of the ceiling. The barn looks out over green fields in a quiet, secluded location next to North Farm House.
